Bacon needs to be cooked REALLY slowly (about 15 minutes) on a LOW temperature. If it starts to bubble up, turn it down a bit.
Since you WANT the bacon to stick to the pan so it will lay flat, DO NOT preheat the pan. I lay the bacon flat in the pan and then put the temperature on low and flip it when it is half-way done.
Place the pieces on a paper towel to absorb excess fat.
